These docs are best filled out on a smartphone. If a smartphone is not available, complete it on a computer. Jericho Employees must fill in all of the yellow highlighted portions (except the "Signature of Employer or Authorized Representative" on pg. 2 of the I-9). When all pages are filled out DO NOT click on the "submit" button. When pages are completed click on the "DONE" button in the top right corner. After you have completed, the next page may have a request to upload docs (Social Security Card, Driver's License, Direct Deposit info, etc.). You may choose to upload or not upload.
